At Salt-N-Peppers Plus, we stand behind the
quality of our merchandise, and your
satisfaction is our number one priority. If you
are not completely satisfied with your
Salt-N-Peppers Plus order, you may return the
product(s) for a full refund or replacement.
Return Instructions:
Returns and exchanges MUST be made within 30
days. If past 30 days a 25% restocking fee
will be applied. Please keep in mind, shipping and handling charges are non refundable beyond 30 days. No merchandise may be returned to us
without prior authorization. Before sending back
merchandise for return or exchange, contact our
returns department FIRST at returns@saltnpeppersplus.com.
A return authorization number (RA#) will be
provided to you, along with any special return
shipping instructions.
You can expect a refund in the same form
of payment that was used to purchase the
product(s). You will be refunded the shipping
cost if the return is a result of a
manufacturing defect or shipping error on our
end.
SPECIAL
ORDERS AND CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR
EXCHANGED.
To ensure credit, merchandise must be
complete, properly packaged and include the
original product packaging. Return the package
prepaid and insured to the return address you
are provided. Sorry, no C.O.D. shipments will be
accepted. The RA# must be written on the outside
of the return package for proper processing and
credit. Please E-mail us at

for your RA#.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
To request cancellation of your order please
e-mail a request along with your order number to
orders@saltnpeppersplus.com
We will make every attempt to cancel an order
upon each request. However, we cannot cancel an
order once it has been shipped. If a package is
in transit when your request is made,
cancellation of this order will not be possible.
Refusal of delivery will not prevent original
shipping charges, return shipping fees or any
re-stocking fees from applying to any refund
allowed.
